Dean Saunders, a former Liverpool and Aston Villa striker, has urged Manchester United to try to recruit Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane.
According to Saunders, Kane will get Man United 20 goals every season.
In an interview with talkSPORT, Saunders said: “Just the focal point down the middle [Manchester United need] and someone who can get on the end of crosses and – there is an example – they need Erling Haaland.
“Somebody like Harry Kane, Haaland. Look at Harry Kane’s header [against Brentford], he missed a penalty at the World Cup, you put balls in the box for Harry Kane, he will get 20 goals a season every season.”
Kane, 29, is yet to win a major trophy with Tottenham and will have to consider his future at Spurs at the end of the season.
